The Showroom
We have a small showroom that offers examples and ideas of hundreds of different ideas for you next project.
Technology
We have 5 computers in our shop, each computer serves its own purpose. From operating a CNC Router, to a design station. We have top of the line line software to drive our top of the line machinery.
Plotter
Plotters were introduced into the sign industry in the mid 1980's. Quite a bit has changed since then. Originally there offered just a few fonts, and it was a long slow process. Today, we use a top of the line 56" Plotter that has laser equipped sensors to check itself for accuracy. Sebago Signworks operates 3 plotters altogether.
Wide Format Printing
We print in wide format day in and day out. We even have an Web-Cam so we can keep an eye on our printing and start jobs after hours. We have two 60" CMYK LcLm Printer's. Most shops print in CMYK Only, the Lc (Light Cyan) & Lm (Light Magenta) add vibrancy to you prints, it also causes the printer to print half of the speed as a CMYK printer. We can print anything that you can dream up. From Semi trucks wraps, ATM wraps, Window graphics, Banners, you name it and we have run through our printer's.
Paint System
We use a Matthews Paint System. We custom mix in our shop. We can match PMS colors in a snap. Matthews is the finest paint in the sign business. At nearly $175.00 a gallon this paint ensures longevity and excellence to your project.
Retro-Tech
Sebago Signworks is one of the few shops left that can Wrap a truck, route out a 3-D rendering, and hand pin-strip your vehicle while hand-carving a sign. We have continued to use old fashion sign making, along with our new technology to fabricate some outstanding final results.
CNC Router
With our CNC Router, along with our top of the line software to drive it, we can create anything. From 3-D rendering, to simple letters we can cut just about anything that we can fit on our router.
